Throughout his career, he has paired commercial drive with operational rigour and financial discipline, turning ambitious targets into structured, repeatable performance that builds durable value. Known as a builder, Andrew is hands-on across the businesses he runs — founder of Blue Puffin Stays and BBI — with a particular focus on systems, finance, and disciplined execution. It's this founder-operator instinct that, alongside commercial leadership, underpins everything Norcote Group stands for. Andrew leads operations and finance at Norcote Group, bringing his full focus to integration, financial control, and the long-term performance of every business in the portfolio.
Alex is a senior commercial leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling high-growth businesses across the UK. He has worked with global brands such as Accenture and SoftServe to design, build, and execute highly successful go-to-market strategies that capitalize on market share across EMEA. Throughout his career, he has partnered with leading brands to harness cutting-edge technology that drives bottom-line revenue and operational effectiveness, translating complex capability into tangible business outcomes. Known for a client-first approach, Alex executes at pace without losing sight of the details, whilst building the high-performing teams that make sustained growth possible.
